Clause 6. Return Policy for Home Delivery

Products purchased from the Website can be returned within 3 working days of delivery by placing a "Cancel Order" request through the Company's Customer Care Centre. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Users must not accept delivery of products with damaged packaging. If a product is found to be damaged upon opening, Users should immediately notify Customer Care for a replacement or refund. The Company will arrange for the pickup of returned products.

All free gifts must be returned in their original packaging if the main product is returned.

Clause 7. Exchange / Replacement for Home Delivery

Users can request an exchange or replacement for defective products within 3 working days of delivery or after installation. The Company will arrange for the pickup of the product to be exchanged or replaced.

Users cannot return products to physical stores; returns must be initiated through Customer Care. Defects arising after delivery will be handled by the respective manufacturer under their warranty terms.

Clause 8. Payment Terms

Users can use valid credit/debit cards or online banking to make payments on the Website. They must provide accurate payment information and are responsible for any costs incurred due to incorrect details.

The Company is not liable for any issues arising from payment processing or fraud. Users must ensure their payment methods are authorized and may be required to provide additional verification for transactions.

Clause 9. Cancellation of Order before Dispatch

Interest fees for EMI transactions will be reversed according to the bank's terms. The Company is not responsible for delays in processing refunds.
